My Election result thoughts....

I hesitate to even write this as I don't like to talk about politics, and I am sure everyone is burnt out over all the election drama for the last year. I am personally glad my phone wont be ringing off the hook with people looking for my vote. My candidates did not win, so obviously you know who I wanted to win if you didn't know before. I am disappointed, a bit shocked, but I accept it, and I am not going to be some idiot saying the world is ending, or that I moving out of the country (eyes rolling). I did have some not so nice things to say that can't be repeated but I am done with my fit. I was allowed to have my fit since I made the effort to get out and vote. I do have to say if you think there's going to be some HUGE change, then I want some of whatever your smoking. I seriously doubt we will see happy shiny people dancing everywhere, and money trees growing on every corner, and the war suddenly ending. I seriously think people think that's going to happen and why they voted the way they did. Wake up. The change is in ourselves, its up to each individual to make your own life better, not the President, and not other people. Be proactive. So this is my little soap box, and that's all I have to say about that.
