I gave my husband a party last weekend in celebration of his promotion. My goal was to make it fun for him, and ensure he didn't have to do anything. I ordered BBQ, and most guests brought a yummy side to share. In keeping with the policeman theme, I decorated the dining room table up, with cute police man stuff (handcuffs and badges from the dollar store, and cup cake toppers from easy). I also placed an order with a friend who makes cakes, and she created a cake that looks like his formal police hat. The cake was tasty, and looked great!
